The SFH supports single-person offices that can be used temporarily for a short period of time. (7 spaces in total)

Terms and conditions
  • ※ Reservation cannot be made on the same day if it is not a tenant.
  • ※ No reservations on weekends (Sat, Sun)
  • ※ Please inquire separately for broadcasting equipment or bringing in food
  • - For check-in, check-out, and use of equipment, please contact the office. (02-6346-2403)
  • - Please understand that the Seoul Financial Hub cannot be used for any purpose other than financial affairs.
  • - Please return the equipment after using the facility and collect the garbage separately.
  • - If you are not a tenant, you can make a reservation 7 days in advance, and the reservation may be adjusted depending on the internal situation.
  • - The office hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. Please make sure to book a reservation and check out time.
  • - If you want to use after 18:00 on weekdays, please contact the office first before making a reservation.
  • - It is not allowed to receive admission fees or use products and paid services for the main purpose of promoting, inducing contracts and selling them.
  • - In case of installation or change of facilities (banners, notices, temporary objects, etc.), and bringing in goods and food, please contact the office first before use.
  • - Pay special attention to safety, and events such as agitation, political assembly, demonstration, religious event, and anti-social sentiment (obscene, multi-level marketing, gambling) are prohibited.
  • - Please note that if the noise or disturbance causes damage to the tenants, the user will be asked to move out immediately.
  • - If the facility is damaged, the user must pay 100% for the same product.
  • - Usage time includes cleanup time. Please do not exceed the reserved time.
