Yeouido ONE IFC SEOUL FINANCIAL HUB Rental Guide Who we are The Seoul Financial Hub is an organization in Yeouido, established and operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government aiming World's Top 5 Financial City. We offer office spaces and a variety of support programs for foreign financial companies and institutions to ensure stable settlement in Seoul. We also run spaces for economy and finance-related events, such as forum, seminar, symposium, lecture, and networking event. We encourage you to use the spaces as a venue for active knowledge and information exchange and cooperation. Rental Facilities Large Lecture room • Up to 98 people • Rental Fee: KRW 55,000/hour (VAT included) • Spaces suitable for seminars, forums, education and large group events. Medium Lecture Room (three in total) • Up to 65 people • Rental Fee: KRW 33,000/hour (VAT included) Spaces suitable for medium to large-scale gatherings, such as seminars, forums, and training sessions. Meeting room (eleven in total) • Up to 8 people • Rental Fee: KRW 11,000/hour (VAT included) • meeting spaces for internal and external online and offline meetings. * Some meeting rooms are equipped with folding doors, allowing the spaces to be combined for use. Seminar room 1 • Up to 40 people • Rental Fee : KRW 33,000/hour (VAT included) • An event space suitable for seminar, forum, education, and large group event. Seminar room 2 • Up to 18 people • Rental Fee: KRW 33,000/hour (VAT included) • Space for ceremony, board meeting, etc.

Example of Facility Usage photoes Rental Process • Online Reservation - Access the Seoul Financial Hub website (https://www.seoulfnhub.kr/) - Menu → Seoul Financial Hub → Facility/visitation reservations • Rental Inquiries - TEL: +82-2-6346-2403 - E-mail: seoulifo@gmail.com - Location : 16 & 17 fl. of One IFC in Yeouido Terms and conditions • Purpose of use - Based on the purpose of establishing the Seoul Financial Hub, only financial (industry)-related events are valid. • The operating hours - For external organizations that are not tenants of the Seoul Financial Hub, reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the desired date (no same-day reservations). -Weekdays 09:00-18:00 (Available during these times only) - The total rental time should include preparation and clean-up time for the event. • Others - Additional costs, such as parking fees are borne by facility users. - Prior inquiry is required with the SFH when bringing in catering, filming equipment, etc. - Prior inquiry is required with the SFH for visitor registration to enter of IFC building.
